For a while now I have been reporting on my belief that Smartphones or Converged Mobile Devices (CMD's) enable Mobile Workers to do their job anytime, any place & anywhere… better than ever before. See here & here
Now it seems that Forrester Research agree as yesterday FierceMobileIT wrote an article with some interesting stats regarding how information workers are using their smartphones for business. The article and the Forrester Research it quotes, is also eye opening to see that workers are willing to help foot the bill for these smartphones, as long as they are allowed to use the device of their choosing.
They have named them iWorkers and I'm guessing most will want the iPhone and maybe in less than a months time, if rumors are to be believed, the...
